Biarritz Village is an enclave within the larger Cheval gated community, situated in Lutz, FL, just north of Tampa.

 

 

For some time now, Biarritz Village has the reputation of being the most friendly and active neighborhood in Cheval. Your Board of Directors is pleased to provide this web service to keep you abreast of what there is and what is happening.

 

The website is intended for use only by the homeowners for social purposes and for transacting the business of Biarritz Village. Business owners and managers who live within Biarritz, and who wish to reach out to homeowners, should do so only via the "Neighborly Notices" page. Please do not send junk mail to the members.

 

 

To reach the private pages within the website, you must log in. Do this by clicking "Login" on the home page, in the upper right corner. If you are using someone else's computer, make sure you leave the "Remember me" box blank.

 

 

If you don't yet have an account on the website, you must first register. Click on the "Register" link in the upper right corner of the Home page. When you do this you will be presented with a page where you must input your details.

 

For "Address" please use the property address of your Biarritz home, providing only the street number and street name. At this time we do not have the ability to record a separate mailing address.

 

Supply the "Verification" as shown. This is a random gobble-de-gook string of letters and numbers that mean absolutely nothing. It helps reduce the possibility that a "robot" is trying to gain access.

 

Once you click the "Submit" button, the Webmaster will receive your request. He will review it for completeness and eligibility. Once approved, you will receive an email advising that your request has been registered. Only homeowners are eligible; renters may not register. Approval may take hours or a couple of days, depending on how often the Webmaster looks at his Inbox.
